Celebrate unicorns with this fun and easy unicorn toast recipe!
Let’s Make Unicorn Toast!
Gather: Toast, softened cream cheese, 1 or 2 pickle coins, a baby carrot, and a black bean.
Place a small dollop of cream cheese in the top center left of your toast. This will be the head. With the back of a spoon smooth it into a small circle. Add a little more to the circle and smear it left to form the muzzle of the unicorn. Next add a medium dollop to the circle and smear down in diagonal motion towards the bottom right to form the neck.
Cut pickle coins in a zig zag to form points and then take five of them and place on back of neck to make the mane.
For the horn cut a baby carrot in half lengthwise then cut into a triangle. Place at the top of the head.
For the eye cut bean in half and place on head… not your head the unicorn head, silly!
Viola! its a magical veggie unicorn snack!!!
