The United States & Great Britain had a “special relationship” according to Winston Churchill. So special that when the church of St Mary Aldermanbuy was bombed in London during WWII, the stones were brought to Fulton, Missouri and rebuilt on the grounds of Westminster College where Churchill gave his “Iron Curtain” speech.

On January 30th we’ll sit down with Nancy Carver, author of The Inspiring History of a Special Relationship. She’ll talk to us about the process for writing the book, tell stories, and answer your questions about our special relationship with Great Britain!!

UK’s the Bookbag calls it an “absorbing & accessible” story of the relationship between two countries and includes “fascinating photographs” with plenty of surprise moments.
