Self-Care is really all about doing the things you need to do to Take Care of You.  It is not a selfish act, but really a self-less act. When you are well physically and mentally, you have more capacity, strength and endurance to care for, love, and enjoy others in your life. Come learn about simple every day tasks that you can do to put more self-care into your life and leave feeling empowered to take time to put yourself and your needs first.
