Building Happiness and Mindfulness Habits

Join us to learn how to build happiness and mindfulness practices into your life. We will explore five strategies linked to increasing happiness, with a focus on present moment awareness and the incorporation of mindfulness. Within each strategy, you can expect to learn and practice some simple techniques that you can take with you as you work on your individual plan for building happiness.
