Government Contracting Overview of the 8(a) Government Contracting Program and HUBZone Program with the SBA

October 29 @ 12:00 pm 1:00 pm

A cream background with a blue cloudy ink blob in the upper left hand corner and lower left hand corner. There is a Kirkwood Public Library black and red logo in the lower right hand corner. Text in the top in black reads, "Government Contracting Overview with the SBA. October 29th at 12PM." There is black line art of three people sitting at a desk in front of a contract. They are in suits.

Have you ever wondered what it takes to do business with the federal government as a small business owner? Join SBA St. Louis Business Opportunity Specialist Gary Alexander and Outreach & Marketing Specialist Nicki Massie to learn how government contracting works and how the 8(a) Business Development Program or HUBZone certification could boost your business.

Small businesses are always searching for new and profitable markets. The US government is the LARGEST single purchaser of goods and services in the world. With the recent passage of the infrastructure bill, NOW is the perfect time to explore federal contracting.

This workshop is geared toward small businesses in Eastern Missouri who are interested in government contracting.

Register below. Registration is recommended to keep up with any changes, but is required if you want the Zoom link.
