April 7, 2019 @ 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM

April is National Poetry Month, and Kirkwood Public Library is celebrating by hosting Jacqui Germain! Based in St. Louis, Germain is a published poet, activist, freelance writer, and contributing Arts and Culture writer with ALIVE Magazine. Germain will share her poetry and speak on the role of poetry and activism in St. Louis — Q+A to follow. Copies of Germain’s book, “When the Ghosts Come Ashore”, will be available for purchase at the event.

Programs are free and open to the public. We look forward to seeing you!
