Complete the form below to submit your Large Format Print request to the Kirkwood Public Library.
If you would like to pay for your print with a credit card, a valid Kirkwood Public Library card (or a library card from one of the Municipal Library Consortium libraries) is required for 3D Printing. Fees for printing will be charged to your library account and can be paid via credit card by logging into your account online. If you wish to pay cash or do not have a card from one of the MLC libraries, do not enter a library card number.

Please specify the exact dimensions this print should be if different from the sizes selected above. Print sizes are limited to a maximum of 36 inches (3 feet) wide and 120 inches (10 feet) long. If not selected, printing will be made to fit either the width or length selected above.

Use the form below to submit your request for a 3D printed model from the Kirkwood Public Library. You may choose to either upload your own file(s) or choose one from our 3D Print Binder collection.
If uploading your own files - once submitted, a librarian will contact you with an estimate of time to print and cost for approval.
If selecting from the 3D Print Binder - your selection will contain pricing information. You will be contacted when your print is ready to pick up.
Only cash payments are available for 3D Prints.
All models are printed on a first come, first serve basis. During peak request times, turnaround time for 3D prints may be up to several weeks. We accept one submission per person at at time. Once that print is picked up and paid, you may submit another request. We can accommodate one (1) color per submission.

Please choose up to 3 colors for your request. Files submitted will be printed in a single color. We will start with your first choice and move down to the third depending on color availability.
Please note that black, white, cool grey and warm grey are our most popular colors. Therefore, the third color choices are limited.
