Remote IT

For many years, the Kirkwood Public Library has provided technology help. With our doors closed we have been unable to provide this service… until now! Presenting our Remote IT sessions, where patrons can make an appointment with one of our dedicated, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Get help with OverDrive, Kanopy, Hoopla, Microsoft Word, Windows, MAC, phones, tablets, and other devices, etc… Sign up today!

You may choose to get help via Google Meet* in which screen sharing can be used or phone call. Appointments are available no sooner than 24 hours in advance. Appointment slots are available 1 week out. Return daily for new open slots.

Once your appointment request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive another email from an IT staff member with information about accessing your appointment.
