Business Planning Workshop Series: Master the Essentials and Execute Your Vision Part 2 Presented by the SBDC

Financial Mastery: We’ll dive into the financial section of your plan, with a review of start-up costs, budgeting, financial forecasting, key assumptions, sources and uses of funds. In this session you will gain a grasp of financial planning essentials and review Projected Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements
