Business Planning Workshop Series: Master the Essentials and Execute Your Vision Part 3 Presented by the SBDC

Plan to Execute:  Outline your execution plan, including Marketing & Sales, Operations, and Milestones and Metrics. In this session we’ll talk about designing your execution section, bringing it all together in an Executive Summary, and crafting a compelling pitch.
