Delve into the captivating history behind Native food as our knowledgeable presenters share the cultural significance, connections to the land, and ancestral influences that shape these traditional recipes. This is an immersive program that combines food demonstrations, enlightening talks, and captivating storytelling to explore the origins and traditions behind Indigenous recipes.

This is not a hands-on cooking class, but will include a cooking demo in which attendees will be shown how to cook dishes such as Bison/Elk Chili and Three Sisters Salad. Attendees will be allowed to sample the dishes and recipe cards will be available to replicate the dishes at home.
