Get in Control of Your Sales Process presented by the SBDC

We’ll review GrowthWheel’s “Sales Chain” Framework, showing the 4 phases and 12 tasks that companies can work on to increase sales success. The four phases include sales preparation, sales opening, legalities, and closing the sale.
A key point of this Framework is that the chain is only as strong as the weakest link. That means that it is necessary for the company to be good at all 12 tasks if the sale is to succeed.
