Identify & Focus on the Right Customers presented by the SBDC

We’ll focus on GrowthWheel’s “Customer Segments” Framework. There are various criteria for dividing customers into different segments, including Demographics, Geography, Psychology, and Purchase Behavior. A key point of this Framework is that companies might have far more potential customers than the ones that are initially obvious. It’s a matter of finding the various segments and segment combinations that make the most sense for your business. Topics for Discussion: Does the company have the right customers? Should you focus on more or fewer segments that you are focusing on right now? Does the company have products and services that address all the customer segments that you would like? Are there any customer segments you have overlooked that might be more attractive?
