What are the first steps, to plan, test, and execute your great business idea? We’ll explore the first steps in designing your Business Model Canvas. What’s your big vision? How do you move from big idea to a step-by-step, implementable plan? Discussion topics: Are you a Big Picture Thinker or Detail-Oriented? How will this affect your plans? Do you have support that challenges, balances, and wants you to succeed? How might you scale the idea up, to create your big vision? How might you scale it back, to create a realistic and manageable start-up plan? How can you allow yourself to think big and not be constrained and overcritical?
